Has anyone seen the post on petfinder.com about Joanie the beautiful sheltie girl? She's in Irving TX. Here is a link to her picture & info-

I have 3 people looking to give homes to shelties but I don't have any rescues right now. Two are in Louisiana & 1 is in Illinois. Sure hope this girl gets a new home soon.
 
Heads up sent to Austin sheltie rescue and Dallas / FT Worth sheltie Rescue will be contacted. They probably have an eye on this little gal.
 
Do you know for sure DFW Sheltie rescue has been contacted? I was going to do that today if no one else had. I want her some kind of bad, but husband........:cry:
 
DFW knows about this sheltie as of last week, and Austin Sheltie Rescue offered their support if needed.
 
I got a very nice message from the shelter supervisor today on Joanie. They say she will be going directly into DFW Sheltie Rescue because of possible pregnancy. She will be taken care of real well there. She will be in good hands.

A happy ending. I am supposing she got dumped because of the pregnancy. But I am just guessing. :cry:
