Border collie vs. sheltie?

No clicker she still hates it. I whistle instead.
A year later.....
It's been just over a year and some of my opinions on her and Shelties in general have changed. First, she is not lower energy than a bc. Maybe it took a while to get comfortable or maybe she was sensitive to the fact I was ill the first few months, but now she has that "let's do something I'm bored" thing all of my bcs had all the time. Strangely, Sadie our other Sheltie, who is younger, is much more content to hang around the house.
The coat has actually been less work than most of my bcs (I tended to get English style dogs). Willow shedded very little and only needed a weekly brushing, during which less than a handful of hair came out. That has changed recently and a suspect she is "blowing" her coat. Sadie, sheds more like my bcs constantly, large amounts and I am wondering if that is just an individual dog thing or if it's because she has a puppy coat still.
Finally still completely enamored of my Shelties, who seem to both be odd in their affection. Willow is always right next to me all the time and Sadie would prefer to be on you if your sitting down.
So thanks for all the Sheltie tips. I think we maybe be downsizing for good here.
