Brandy won't come when I call her anymore

Sharon is definitely on to something. I give Flurry an intramuscular allergy shot once a week and the serum has to be refrigerated. At the beginning, she'd flinch when I injected the fluid. I asked the vet and she said it was OK to let it come to room temperature first and problem solved. No more flinching. Hope it works! Let us know what happens....
 
Does she respond to her name? Like when you call her, does she turn her head to look at you?
My sister got very irritated when Jasmine stopped coming when she called her too!

She was losing her hearing and became deaf in her senior years.
Just a thought...
