Bringing Boo home on the 14th

Oooohhhh. Boo Radley. Adorable. My shepherd Shay is nicknamed Boo but because he and my husband played the "Boo" game when he was little and they would run round and round our upstairs with the husband saying "Boo" and the dog running in joy. Kinda like Boo in Monsters Inc, because of the boo game. Boo Radley is a much better reason.

PS -- I had Aussies before the shelties and though the difference is somewhat subtle, the sheltie mind is far superior and I enjoy it thoroughly.

Boo is home

Boo and I made it home to Nebraska a week ago today. We missed a flight in Columbus so spent an unintended night in Chicago. He was a great little traveler...not a peep out of him despite the very long day. He amazes me every day with his athleticism and intelligence. I don't know why I waited so long to get a Sheltie. What a great breed!

That's great that you have gotten such a special little lad. Now you have a lifetime of love and laughter ahead to share with Boo...enjoy! :smile2:

He's our 2014 baby of the family unless someone else bumps him! Enjoy your baby. It is defintiely a delightful breed. After years of Aussies I am a sheltie convert for life.
