it’s a Canadian company (east coast I believe) with warehouses in Quebec, they do have offices in a couple countries I believe.
That’s great that they got back to you and that you were able to change your order! There just may be enough room on that bed for you and your dogs! You’ll have to show us a picture of all of you enjoying it! Lol
 
RE The Brooklyn bed-- yeah hard to find out where and who they are-- Australian, Singapore, Canada, US?? But you are correct 25% increase on Monday if from Canada. Tho I think the warehoused in the US still will have stock for awhile. They recommended a 2xl for Shetland Sheepdogs but I wonder if they were thinking English sheep dogs:), large looks good for a single dog. Beds look nice, good reviews and will comment when I get mine/ours/our dogs and cats:). Fortunately our dogs do like the memory foam beds they currently have and all three animals take turns in the two beds-- but this bed looks like the luxury they deserve...we shall see...

Tuesday everything goes up. But yes, anything they have in stock wherever you are you should be ok.
You could be right that perhaps they meant old English sheepdogs…I never thought of that.

That is weird…mine shipped from the east coast of Canada! I’d email them and question why it’s coming from China, I thought the customer was supposed to get it within 4-5 days after ordering…is it coming on a ship or a plane?
I did see this on one of my emails…hopefully this helps.

Plane I believe, but now I think it might get tied up in customs as they charge a tariff for it- the question is which or both- 10% for China or 25% for Canada or maybe 35% just because? If only 10% then it was smart to ship it from China but we shall see- more to come as events unfold.
