I think I heard that if it’s something you ordered prior to the tariff’s you won’t be charged extra. Plus I heard that Mexico’s tariff has been put on hold and our PM is supposed to speak to you know who today…hopefully the tariff’s against Canada will be paused as well.

Looks like you’ll be paying no tariffs…it’s been paused. You’re good to go!

Thanks for the info-- I kind of figured this was all going to be OK.. I am not sure whether plane or boat now- I tho't one day to destination (ergo plane) in the US but now tracking number keeps just adding days to the tracking so it may be boat??? I am guessing closer to 10-15 days-- not that there is any emergency... my pups are currently sleeping on the hard tile floor of the mud room where it is cool-- their beds are in the same room as the wood stove... Even in the teens F outside they want to spend all day outside but now it has melted and refrozen, so it is icy and not good for chase me games-- nor humans:)

I think more likely plane. I’m not sure how cargo ships work or how long it takes them to go from China to North America but I’m thinking longer than two weeks (I googled it after starting this..curiosity lol and it’s 15-30 days). Definitely plane.

The company I work for has a factory in France. Shipping by boat can take up to six weeks to arrive on East coast. A lot of time is spent at the two ports, loading and unloading. Most customers ship air. Even that can take up to 2-3 weeks.
