My little Ruutu has a bump above his left leg in between his neck and leg. It doesn't seem to be attached to his body though just under the skin. There is no discoloration nor does it seem to bother him. I do plan to make a vet appointment, but they're closed today. Since it is not bothering him, I won't be going to the e-vets unless something else happens. It doesn't appear to have a stinger either. I haven't really noticed him itching it, but I know he's been itching. Now that I found the bump, I'll be watching today to see if he is itching it. It feels to be the same size as yesterday when I found it last night. I know this could mean it's a bunnnnchhh of things. But, my question is, could this be a bug bite? I know right now we have really bad mosquitoes as they're biting me like crazy. So I was thinking maybe one got in his fluffy hair and stung him. Like I said, I'll be watching all day to see if he's scratching it, because its a pretty decent size bump (in my mind at least) but just wondered what others thought.
