Seriously though, the effort was only about a couple of hours of my life to find who to contact and send out the broadcast, and follow up.
I'm just thrilled that they were as responsive as they were and it will certainly encourage me to do it again. Even more gratifying is that they follow up with me, without my even pestering them! Yes, there are good people out there.
