How did you and Celtic do today?

We did ok. We got 4/4 in a highly competitive puppy class. The 6-12 months were combined and we just could not compete with the more mature dogs and his more mature brother. I thought I did a better job on his grooming(Celtic stood better too) and his presentation was a lot better. I got quite a few compliments on how good he looked when I was done.
He was more relaxed in the arena and ring today which translated into a bit more of a handful stacking and moving but overall for the weekend I was happy with our first time out. The breeder of his sire liked him and said he needed more training(well both of us do
) quite a bouncy puppy but happy.
I need to review the video and see what I need to work on with myself. I was far les nervous but felt clumsy. I think we will have a lot of fun one we both understand more of what we are doing.

Lets see: Legend got 2nd in his class yesterday and 3rd today. Cyclone was 4th in BB, bouncier than Celtic.lol good grief.:lol
Charm won puppy bitch class yesterday, Clover won today. Ash was second in her class yesterday and 1st today.(she looked so good today, robbed
). Bree got select bitch for a major win yesterday and 2 points today over a special both days, her first time going for GCh points.
Tough competition overall and everyone showed well.

Speaking as someone without a lot of knowledge regarding showing... It sounds like a great first outing for Celtic. I'm sure you will get back into the art of showing with just a little practice.
