Less dogs than last one and it was 92dB or more at times (got a sound meter I am using trying to quiet my generator) Not constant but often. My guess is it might wear Tully out some on sound alone. Strangely outdoors slowed our team and dogs that never cross did.

Oh and Sca's girlfriend was running about 4.4 at times so he better get fast :lol:
 
Congrats on the clean runs and titles - and maybe your first card too (or did you just get a warning for chasing). You are now officially a competition dog. Woo hoo. Are you relieved that's over? It definately gets easier from here, well less nerve racking anyway.

Will be taking ear plugs this weekend - although it will probably be my dogs that are doing the loudest barking. We have 5 dogs and 3 handlers (plus a 3 1/2hr drive to Sydney) so it will be interesting. I wanted to try an indoor comp as I've been told the dogs run faster on the even surface. Poor dogs had to battle through bindis last weekend, its a wonder we got any racing done.
 
Quite fun. I was hoping for a single good run. He got multiple good ones including I think a 5.7 and that was with me waiting for the other dog to pass then lining up before releasing him (the others were in the 7 range I think). He did three tours and got pulled on #3 for the day. He did the normal Sca charm though :lol: judge said "it wasn't like he was the least bit agressive so you don't have to pull him this time" on #2 and the other team was worrying about HIM getting snapped at :rolleyes2: I did feel bad for him on that one though as he missed the ball and got distracted picking it up. The other two times were pure Sca choosing to detour.

I have not gone through it but I think I have all of his races on camera. Not sure how it will look since I just zoomed to fit both lanes in then left it. The right lane had people in the line a lot.

I predict -0.5 seconds for Tully. The better traction and level surface should help a lot. The big issue could be the huge environment change might affect habits.
