Cut On Face HELP!

Miss Sadie got a cut on the side of her face. Do you clean it like a little kid. Soap and water. Do you use alcohol?
 
Yea, just like a kid-soap, water, triple antibiotic if you want...where on the face,how deep/long ? what from ?
 
It's like a small fellet cut. I think it was from a part of plastic hooked to the house. It's right on the jaw line. I've cleaned it up and put neo sporn on it. I'm going to watch it. May just take her to vet in the morning for good measure.
 
I'd just wash it, pour hydrogen peroxide, and monitor. I avoid neosporin just because if it's not prescribed, I don't like to push it.
 
It looks real good today. She rubs it on the floor a lot. I'm just watching to make sure it doesn't get any swelling or infection. Looks real clean. Thanks for the help and support.
