I've made my phone calls..3 of them.Has everyone else??? I would be curious if you were treated with insult as we were.
And I get stupidity,ignorance,I even got insults from one person I talked to.Talking to me as if I was some ignorant b**** that did not know what the heck I was doing.
So do I need the insult...ahhh...NO. I found the customer service to be *******,and really don't give a whip what I as an owner had gone thru. Even with the 3rd phone call,I had Jasper sicker than sick.
Do I think it was the bag that was just bought when we came home from NY,you bet.
Thry can't know it unless we as owners call. I know I am knee deep in vet bills becuase of this ****. One dog is one thing,but when it goes thru 4 I am done with the company.
My dogs are finally back to normal.But let me tell ya,it has been no picnic at any way shape or form.
As much as I have been a devoted customer,nearly 3 years of this food,I would not wish any sickness on any dog or owner to deal with it.
I'm so fed up with ignorance & stupid people....
