Yes, we have deer all around the cottage, but so far they refuse to stand still and let the pups gnaw on their ears!!! :rolleyes2: What's wrong with those deer!? :biggrin2:

so still no luck finding venison ears but I found lamb ears on two sites- figured that they'd be less smelly/greasy than pig ears. ordered some Tues evening- had them when I got home from work today. so my new favorite place is Jefferspet- they are located in AL so are pretty close to me which I'm sure is why I got the stuff so quick but whatever- made me happy and the pups too. they very much enjoyed their first experience :yes:

I order from Jefferspet a lot; they seem to go out of their way to put the customer first. A couple of years ago, they had agility equipment on a one day sale and I ordered it on-line. They called the next day to say they had sold out but would be getting more from the manufacturer and would honor the sale price. Good people. Good agility equipment for the backyard too!

I give mine sheep ears as well, the pups love them too.. The one's I get are a bit crunchy and definately lower in fat than pigs ears and they dont stain like the pigs ears. They are a little higher in fat than the venison, but they are about 1/5 of the size of the venison so a good size for Tully.
