Earnhardt's diagnosis is cancer

My deepest sympathies. He is now free of pain. May time and your new baby help you heal.

Dear St. Francis,

Today, a great friend left us to join you at Rainbow Bridge. Earnhardt the faithful, loving Lab, left behind his grieving Mom Michele and Dad Brian, as well as his sister Mia and brothers Jasper, Trapp and Blake. Though they know that Ernie is now young and vibrant once more, their hearts ache to be without this gallant fellow. Bring them comfort. Let them feel the love of the Good Shepherd and smile through their tears as many happy memories rise above the pain. Help them know that to Ernie, it will seem but the twinkling of an eye until he greets his beloved family once more. Until then, help Ernie will watch over his family.
In His name we ask,
Amen

I am so sorry for the loss of your beloved Earnhardt. Even though we know he is in a better place ,no more pain, it still hurts but time does have a way of helping ease the pain our hearts have when losing that one special pet. Know he is at the rainbow bridge playing and waiting on you!

So heartbreaking. I have tears in my eyes as I read your post. We will miss your stories of the big hearted sheltie-lab. Now he's running pain-free over the bridge looking after all our shelties there.

I am so sorry.... My eyes filled up with tears as I read you post, it came way too fast. At least he did not suffer from pain for too long but I am so sorry you did not get more time with your sweet boy.

May he be free of pain, watching over you. I'm sending thoughts to you and Brian in this difficult time.

I sit here in tears with the others over hearing of Ernie's passing. I had hoped to meet him one day. I hope you can find some joy in the memories of your lives together. He will watch over you and your clan of shelties with love and without pain and will wait for you at the bridge.

God bless you all!
