evaluate a book/ DVD?

I got the GD DVD and have started circle work. Makes me incredibly dizzy! But through it I realised that Juliet favours my left side (coz of obedience) and would blind cross me if she had the chance.

I would be interested to know who Linda M's method differs from GD and SG too. I am reminded of that video posted not long ago of what an agility dog would say if it could talk!! I don't need to confuse my dogs more than I already am!
 
my first impressions that I tend to forget which was which after watching GD DVD's, like which hand goes where at which point etc.
What I am learning in the classes and from Developing handling skills book is like" What is your dog seeing? How you could use your body to show dog what is the next step/ direction? Is your feet/ shoulder are enough in this instance for dog to understand or you need to add verbal or hand signal?"
I find it very neat that my dog and my body already know what to do and we both know the answer. It is like if you stand with your back to the tunnel and dog is coming from the tunnel... by slightly looking over your shoulder to the left or right and keeping eye contact with dog I could direct dog to my left or right side of the body, just by keeping my eye contact...
