Yes she is a sable merle. Mom was Mahogany sable(Justice's sister Liberty) and Dad was a Blue Merle named Duke. Peter's dog. Duke was an awesome dog-OTCH/MACH/UDX. Obviously passed working ability to his kids, the attitude came from Liberty.
I still remember the first time I saw Liberty and Justice at 6 weeks. Justice was nearest the kennel door and I went to open it and Liberty slammed into Justice and pushed him out of the way knocking him to the ground. Justice looked at her like Geez!
One year at our speciality Libby was doing brace with her uncle JJ and Libby decided her didn't want to stay anymore during the down stay so she stood up and tried to go to mom. So since she was coupled together with JJ she couldn't move because J was still in his down. Libby turned her head looked at J, looked back at her mom , looked at J and yanked him up out of the down and dragged him across the ring. So you see the girls come by their bitch-a-tude naturally.

I found a photo of the 3 of them as puppies. They are 7 weeks old in this pictures. Funny they are lined up the same. Ember, Dutchie, Bella and Ruthie(Mahogany sable). The 4 girls in the litter. Only brother Brodie is missing. He is a Sable merle too and looks very similar to Dutchie.
In this picture, Ember doesn't look that small but notice she is already looking in the direction of the camera.
