Found Sheltie - Texas

Oh, thank goodness! But, they need to chip their dog and put tags on him!!!! I'm almost paranoid about that - Spirit is chipped, wears a tag on her collar, and wears a tag on her harness (though she only wears the harness when she's going for a walk). Can't be too careful!!!!!
