Friend trying to join

I have a friend that has posted once therapy mom and she is having difficutly getting on the forum. Says she can't post can't do several things. I suggested she write Kelly. She followed all the suggestions when joining and even got her profile done.

Do you know what exactly she is trying to do? I wonder if posting just isn't showing up right away...since she's a new member, her posts will be monitored for a short time.

As of now, there are no new member posts that need approval.
What else is she having trouble with?

She said it comes up that she is not allowed to post, she has tried a few times and can't. Wonder if she is supposed be logging on?

I moved this to the help forum.

Maybe she is not signed in when she is trying to post. Ask her to double check.

Everything looks fine within the forum permissions. She is running AOL so it could be her internet provider.
