Gavin made it through it fine, but he needed general anesthesia instead of sedation. So an extra 2k.
So this is a very expensive year for me, with fixing up the old car, Gavin, and getting a new car..... sigh....
that bonus better be good this year!

Jeez Cindy that's a LOT just for anesthesia! Dang! I'm thrilled to hear he's OK though. Trust me some years are just like that, the money seems to get sucked out almost before it hits your bank account. Been there. Give Gavin a gentle pat from me when you get him home.

and that is the Bay Area for you! It wasn't even on the high estimate, but I am just glad he is doing OK.
and that he coming home with me tonite.

What a relief to hear about Gavin! I'm so glad he did well and is OK and coming home. Sorry about your checkbook though...I can relate after Ruffles' gallbladder surgery. My 10-year-old car had better keep on chugging!

Poor guy. It's tough when you are his age. Even with mine, when Meadow was spayed she was kind of out of it for 24 hours. I know he'll get all the TLC in the world from you Cindy, I know you're so glad he's home.

Gavin dozed on me for over 2 hours; know he is in his bed covered with his blanket.

The onesie suit is a no go.. too hard to get on. I have a backward t shirt on him for now.
His bad leg is weird. It usually is very flaccid and moves every which way but now it is constrained.
He are a few spoons of babyfood and some water.
Gavin is staring at me eight now so maybe he gets a bit more
