Granite in his new harness!

Wow. I didn't realize Birch was THAT big.


For everyone commenting on size, you're talking about weight, but they say to measure around their chest. Can you list what your dog's measurements are? I am curious, because Koji is at 20.5" around, is 18" tall, but weighs in at barely 20 lbs. Other dogs here who weighs 20lbs aren't that height. I didn't even realize Trax weighed 10lbs more than Koji.

Birch is 24.5" around the cut off for the mini vs 0 on the sizing chart was 23.5"

Diva is 20.5" again mini mini cut off is 20.5" so I am going to try it on her.

Weird that Koji and Diva are the same around. Diva being only 13.5" tall. She is not fat at all and I wouldn't call her a heavy boned.

I do know 20.5 is tight. Well, not loose. No room for fingers underneath. Also, remember that according to a breeder, his chest never popped. I would assume you know what that means more than me. Haha. Koji is skinny and tall.

Still trying to figure out how 13.5 inch Diva's chest is so round. Or 18 inch Koji's isn't.

Ortegah, I've been wanting to get one of these, but I don't know if I can afford it. How much did Granite's cost (fancy labels included!)?

Um I think it all came to $63 for the harness, 4' leash, 2 custom labels and shipping. Only thing is that it does come from Hungary so it takes weeks to get it in.

Hmmm...I didn't realize Trax weighed so much. Koji measures 20.5 around. At the top end of a mini mini. But he weighs 19.5 lbs. Maybe 20 right now, he feels a bit chubby, that or it's fur that needs brushing, haha.

Why does he have to be right in between? He's got to be difficult, I mean different and unique, on all levels. Sheesh.

I don't know for sure what Trax measures around his chest, but he's officially 17 7/8" at the withers and he's skinny at 28lbs. He used to weigh a few lbs less and his bones stuck out something horrible. I think now that he's getting older(will be 8 in January) his metabolism is slowing down a bit and he's finally starting to retain a little bit of weight. He still has zero fat on his bones but his butt bones aren't protruding anymore.

Granite is about 15" tall now and he weighs 20lbs AND he still has time to fill in! He's super solid though and Trax is long and lanky.

Thanks for the info! Kyara weighs a bit more than Birch (32 pounds) but her girth is 24.5'' as well so I will be going for the 0 since you said it fits him well . I'd rather get it in that size in case she grows a bit more (although at almost 3 years old I am not sure how much she will change).

Now to decide on the labels... I think I'll start another thread for inspiration from all of you in order not to hijack Ortegah's thread . I've got to say that you should get your Granite into modeling dog wear he is doing a great job selling the harness!

Mine came out to $55 with the mini-mini harness, a custom label, a LED light label & shipping. I ordered mine last month and it still hasn't arrived yet . Was really hoping for this week, so I could use it at my next trial.

The vet said he's perfect (on the skinny side, but not underweight). And defnitely no butt bones protruding, unlike poor Miko

I wanna order!!! I'm scared. I guess, honestly, I could probably just sell it. That'd be easy enough and the person wouldn't get it in WEEKS!

Just for fun. I measured Miko. 18.5" around, stands at 15.5". Weight, well, he's WAY too thin now. I don't know. I don't want to know. Yikes. 13.6 pounds. NOT GOOD!
