I recently ordered FURminator's Waterless deShedding Shampoo & Conditioner and I am very pleased with the way it works. And it didn't bother Spencer one bit; in fact, I think he especially enjoyed the little massage he got while I was toweling him off!

Yes, Show Off is what I use as well. It's a life-saver! With spring mud, you can't beat it. It's also handy on the poop chute. I also use CC's Ice on Ice conditioner! Very nice as well. Indy's coat is a little rough, so it softens it up nicely.
Yes, it's that time of year. Everything is melting and the backyard is a disaster. I just let the pups in from an hour of play outside.
Both of them were covered in mud and poop! (Even though I spent hours on the weekend picking up dog poop from the frozen tundra, the next layer of snow melted and a new layer of poop emerged! And they found a hole that a groundhog or rabbit started and decided that digging was great fun too!
Walking the dogs and avoiding puddles is impossible.
I can't be bathing them both daily! Any suggestions for quick clean ups? I keep a towel by the door and let them in one at a time, but it just takes off some of the surface muck.
Oh, sure... immediately toss the befouled pooches on your bed. They'll roll & root around and do a great job in drying themselves off. Then... enjoy your night on the couch

Yes, I noticed that this approach works wonders....which is now why my lovely matched duvet, pillow shams, etc. are now covered with an ugly old sheet that I can whip off the bed, launder and throw back on. I don't think this look will make House Beautiful!

I have an old blanket on mine too! It looks awful, but it protects the sheets underneath! The other day, Maia came in the house first thing in the morning and I did not notice that her paws were dirty from the wet soil and grass, and she jumped up right on the unmade bed - white covers now had black paw prints all over!

I have calico over the couch, material hanging off the arms of everything and now a blanket over the carpet in the lounge - its very colourful but would never get into a home magazine! Mine seem to love to roll and rub around the floor and arms of chairs. Tully also wipes her mouth on the carpet after dinner.

Romeo wipes his mouth along the back of the sofa. He's just about worn down the material there now - you can see a nice long line.
I can't wait for the rinseless shampoo! I shall try ice on ice too. And maybe get a couple of CC brushes. HEEHEE! Romeo gets daily massages from my mum. He actually knows that "massage" means get over here and lie down on your side.

Oh, lucky you! "Signature" sheets! Although, I personally prefer the Ralph Lauren logo myself!
