Halloween!

Is it normal in the US that you dress your Sheltie out, for this I would never do with my dogs, never. :no:
Normally the guys don't even do bandanas but we have a fly all tournament on halloween. I might even have a costume for me :lol: Sca will tolerate it for treats and Spitfire will grump but then he excels at thinking he has a hard life despite being spoiled.

No, I wouldn't say it's normal. Casey hated it, so we never did it to him. We went to a pet costume contest last year, and he went as Lassie.

For Annabelle, DH and I were at a very bad point in our lives- very stressful time. I saw a little pink dress for a dog that was on super discount. I thought DH might get a laugh and it would be worth the dollar. So I bought it. I did NOT count on Annabelle LOVING wearing dresses. And Pink or Sparkly dresses are even better. She wiggles so much when her dresses come out that you have to tell her that if she wants to wear it, she has to calm down. Then she'll sit still and prance and smile when she has it on. And when it's time to take it off, she pouts.
:lol::lol: oh- how sweet.

ROAR!!!!

Somebodies stegasaur costume will be here tonight :lol:

Expect to hear snickers from Spitfire for hundreds of miles away

I got a chuckle over your girlie girl too...:lol: she really lives up to being a "belle" doesn't she

ROAR!!!! run it is a StegaScagaSaurus!

He doesn't like the head piece so it is probably not used. I also needed to get it on his leg better but it actually fits OK :lol:

Calls Mom you might warn Cranberry that it would fit him also :eek2:

Minnie here:
Attention - to all of you lovely Shelties whose parents would put you in these horrific costumes - please came home to me. :yes:

I make costume free party with lots of fun, a walk on the beach, treats, lovely gnaw bones and the best - catching game, but I do not think you can catch me, because I run extremely quick, but I would love, if you all would try :lol:

When we are totally tired so we all must sleep in my mom's bed --so hurry!! - take the first airplane to Denmark :hugs

Sounds great Ms Minnie though airplanes sound scary and different, I don't like those. I do plan on leaping on Sca though despite his armored look when he has his suit on.

I am all about the running but Sca is huge and fast so you might not be able to catch him (don't tell him I said that). Well off to breakfast and morning pettings.
