Happy Halloween

I guess folk in my town just don't dress up their dogs. I think I sold maybe 2 costumes at best! Maybe it would have helped if I dressed Indy and Bacca up, but they threatened me with the SUBU, so I caved....

Next year have a costume party at the store for dogs and let them do tricks for treats ...then they will have a reason to dress them up.

Maybe you missed the boat on this one Barb. What better way to get owners & pooches in your store, than to host a halloween party or contest. That way you get folks in the store, buy up those halloween specials, which I am sure you had loads of,and have fun at the same time.
Just a thought...as Christmas is coming...! How about sessions with Santa for pictures?
Or a tree with ornaments to remember those beloved pets,(with ornaments they would need to purchase there at the store.

I would put an ornament on a tree in memory of Dexter....they could be even paper, with his name on it on a tree on the front windows of the store. Proceeds could go to a local pet charity?
