Have you ever been amazed by something your Sheltie has done?

Benson and Teddy could start their own medic alert company!
Don't rule out the blood pressure being the condition Teddy responded to, I'm positive it's what Benson reacts to with my husband. Of course here it's the opposite--extremely low BP.

Ok I have not read to much on dogs and BP but alot on dogs and sugar. How are you able to know it was BP with Benson? I am glad for you that Benson has that ability for your husband. And You have peaked my curiosity on the issue.

I plan on asking a either or question of my Dr when I go to my appointment later today.

I am still processing the information and am trying to figure it out. All help processing is appreciated.

Hubby has no sugar issues, but they have a horrid time keeping his BP "normal". He has passed out like three or four times over the past few years, he gets dizzy/lightheaded and down he goes! Every time his BP has been 70's or 80's so they take away the meds for a bit. Benson only witnessed the one episode. But he is hypervigilant now.

My Doctor wasn't much help,He told me that both would change your normal smell, sugar more so than BP but that would change too. So I guess you are right, Benson and Teddy should start a business LOL
