He lives up to his name!

Yes, Lightplum, I am so jealous of those big coats that Noah and Tansy have. MMM weighed in at 18lbs yesterday morning (without the mud!).

It looks though that they are about the same size, even though MMM has that couch potato coat.

Ah, the gardening puppy.....I had to fence all around my garden to keep out the dedicated diggers and veggie-eaters. Indy spent the entire spring and summer "helping" by picking and eating any beans or cucumbers that grew on the outside of the fence. And even with this fencing, Figaro and Angus could easily go over if they chose to. Thankfully, they don't like the obstacles on the other side so they haven't gone in but when Angus was a small pup he'd go THRU in a couple of places and I found out that an 18" fence didn't deter him at all at 10 weeks old and I had to change to 24" fencing minimum. And yes, just like MMM he was always so DELIGHTED when he got in with me and "helped" to cultivate a new seed bed.:rolleyes2:

My dogs pick the pole beans off the vine! It is so funny. I never get any beans because they feed themselves the pole beans off my deck all summer. Once in awhile, I am lucky and can find one hidden in the leaves

I know, Teddy and McKinley stripped an entire row of yellow wax beans this summer while Ron and I were picking the other rows. They also devoured cherry tomatoes and split an eggplant between them.

And we thought the deer were a problem.
