You might try the Bitter Apple or other stop chew products and spray it on whatever you can, certainly OK on stone fireplace etc. Other than that, distraction. Puppies sure can be a lot of work but the work you put in now will stand you in good stead in years to come. Another thing is, consistency! If you have that many people in your house, everyone needs to treat the dog the same way, correct the same behaviors. Otherwise Remy will be confused.

He eats the knots in the hardwood floor that he pries up with his teeth. He eats the cardboard box where we put our shoes now so he doesn't eat those. When he goes outside, he eats sticks, grass and bugs. It's not like we're starving him either - we give him exactly the amount recommended for his size plus various treats throughout the day. I use a Kong toy with treats or peanut butter, lots of chew toys, balls, rope. But if he can pry it free or chew it, he'll eat it. Never seen a dog that eats everything. Not sure if that's normal.

Unfortunately it isn't unusual - puppies explore with their mouths. Ann has given you good suggestions. I ended up making my own bitter spray - 1 part vinegar to 4 parts water.
