What a wonderful name and tribute to Dickens!!!Hi everyone,
Thought I'd say hello as I've been lurking for a while trying to make the time go quicker. My Sheltie is currently only 1week old and I've yet to meet the litter (I get to go in 25 days time, not that I'm counting down or anything) and pick out my pup. It's quite a special litter as they were born on my birthday, the 7th Feb, which was also the 200th birthday of Charles Dickens. I'm naming my little boy Pip from the novel Great Expectations.
Anyway, in a bid to relearn all the Sheltie tips and tricks (my first ever dog was a Sheltie) I thought I'd sign up and while away the time browsing.
Nice to meet you all
Elaine
Welcome to the forum...there are so many tips and so many to offer advice. You'll really enjoy it! The puppies are so cute at that age. My breeder selected a quiet boy for me and a feisty girl for my daughter. At 4 months of age they switched personalities!! Jesse is now the hyper excited one and Kalli is calm. What a surprise to us!![]()
