I lurked for awhile before I joined, too. I'm a little shy, and wanted to make sure the forum was a "friendly" place before I threw my lot in. Other online forums I've interacted with have made me somewhat fearful of how snarky and mean people can get when they're online.
Sheltie Nation, as I'm sure you've already surmised, is NOT one of those places, thank goodness, and I have not regretted my decision to join. I liked it so much I opted to pay for a premium membership, as I see you've already done, yourself.
Glad to have you here, and glad to hear you have worked so hard on your little Casey's socialization. He's lucky to have you. And you are lucky to have him... what a cutie!
