I don't think I will have a night of sleep again.

Mine don't wait for eye contact...once they detect I am awake (change in breathing rhythm...electromagnetic shift of the planet...ESP?) they are bouncing around demanding attention, outside, and breakfast. Except for Indy of course...he can sleep through anything now poor baby.

Bentley is awake at 6 am now no matter what. The other day he slept until 6:30 and I thought that might be a sign of armageddon. He's used to my fiance who, during the week, is up by 6 at the latest. He gets to eat between 6:15 and 6:30, so if we aren't up, he wants us to know that it's time for breakfast!

He's not much of a kisser, so he gets up, and stomps around the bed impatiently. He doesn't get in our faces, but just has that way of getting to me so that I KNOW he's just staring at me!

Normally Jonathan feeds him, takes him out, etc... and I get up at 7. Bentley is waiting eagerly at the door and when Jonathan hears me get up, he opens the door and Bentley runs in and jumps on the bed for his wiggle/pet time :)
