Introducing..Krayola's Midnight Special~ "Blake"

Wow Michelle! What a cutie and a surprise. I can't imagine having 5 dogs! You are a brave soul. I can't wait to watch him grow up and hear about his antics!

Hope he has a safe and uneventful trip your way and that all goes well as he meets his new siblings.

Well it would have been sooner,but for one,arranging transportation was one big thing. And working around Brian's schedule is another. Since he is coming from such a distance,a full drive without ample time is the thing.

Plus,unbeknown to me,Brian booked (I was looking at places) but every year since we have been married we have spent a weekend at the beach. Last year our plans were foiled,because of my work. We were lucky to get our money back.
This year,he said..no cancellations,we are going. Now Blake could have come home weekend of 22nd (this weekend)..but it is beach weekend.
And the weekend he is coming home (carolina's) Brian is working.

So he is making the trip,and being shuttled by folks on FB,that have offered to drive,and he be handed off. He will stay 2 days with a friend in Asheville.We will travel on Wed. 3rd to finally bring him home.

It will seem like a long time,but I am looking forward to some fun in the sun & sand. And we will also stop and see Dawn. Gotta get me a Hartley fix!!
 
He is lovely. I don't think I have ever seen a bi-black here. Congrats - and I admire your fortitude in waiting for another weekend to get him:wink2:

And what a great way to get him transported, it's great to have a lot of good friends within the forum and facebook, I feel blessed

Thank you! It really has been awesome to have the help of folks,one of which I have never met,to offer. She really has been wonderful.
