Is there something funny looking about this dog?

You probably end up recognizing the bad front more easily simply because there are so many out there. It is much harder to find correct fronts... it can even be hard to show a really good one when there are so many bad and average ones out there that some judges seem not to do with a dog with a correct front.
I find it interesting to go through all of the ads on sheltiesonline, and do the line from the ears down, and see how many are bad fronts.... and keep in mind, these are winning dogs.

A nice front, coupled with a nice rear as well :smile2:

See, now that looks normal to me! (Miko looks very much like that... although you have to picture it in the size of a small collie :wink2: )

The photo I originally posted looks the front is WAY out in front. (if that makes any sense! lol) Oh well... I'd love a tri, but I'm not really sure I want a female. I've got my eye on a 7.5month old sable male that went over-size... Miko #2

She could be at a bad stage in her development. She has a beautiful coat! I like her face, too.

At that age Ellie's rear end was jacked up soooooooooooo much higher than her front end! She looked ridiculous! She only recently leveled out and she is three!

Ooo ooo do us

PS I know the angle is lacking but to get him standing and still is a challenge :o

The front legs look like they are set back at little, but that could just be due to the fact that the haircut is not the best. Definitely a lovely coat though if he gets proper grooming.

This isn't the best picture of Indy, but I think he's got pretty good conformation overall. I think the "set" of both pups is pretty similar.

Honestly, I think its just a bad hair day. I think he's gorgeous!

He looks beautiful to me!!... I especially like his ears. Miko's ears are tipped, but I couldn't manage to glue them in the middle very well, so they're a bit flopped off to the side.
