Its Official..

Thanks, She goes back for a re-check in 4 weeks so hopefully it will be smaller (or even gone)!!!!!! Shelties are funny little creatures, I have some that you never know when they are in pain dying and others who stub their foot and youd think their leg fell off...:rolleyes2: unfortunately for Molly is the one you never know is sick because she hides it soo well...poor little thing was probably in excruciating pain last week with a gallbladder attack and never let on she had abdominal pain.

Our little stoic shelties. Amazing creatures they are.

Hope the meds dissolve the nasty and you all can get back to sheltie normal.

Hugs and Paws,

Kate

OMG. I'm such an idiot. I saw the post and though, puppies!!! :o Until I read on and hear about the stones, then look up and realize I'm in the Diseases & Illnesses board. Oh jeez. Idiot!

Good luck with the meds. I'm hoping that they'll dissolve and go away. No pain. Is there anything you'll be doing in addition to that? I was just curious since Miko was found to have some small ones and they left him alone, but I am giving him potassium citrate to help keep them at bay.

That was my thought when I read about her condition,as my heavens it is so very painful for people. Can you just imagine how much pain she was in.

Here's hoping she passes it,and with no complications.

Hopefully something is happening and the stone is passing. Geesh otherwise is it like a human process and they will have to blast that stone out of her?

Prayers and good thoughts.

same here, man oh man, poor dear!
Get well soon, little Lady!!!

Hope she is better soon. Hollie had GB issues and we had no idea she was sick until she was very sick. She showed no signs of pain at all. I am glad yoh found this and it is treatable.
