We had accumulation on non-paved areas. It started pretty late but by 5 it was pretty much gone. Of course Spitfire hated it. Ian was not that pleased and was a happy house dog all afternoon.

This is what we woke up to this morning after 60 mph winds overnight. It was a 50+ foot pine tree. Now it's a driveway ornament, and we can't get our cars out.

No such luck here. We have so much wood available no one does this for nothing. Lots of people who will come and do it for us, at a four-figure estimate......

And I had to turn AC on today for the cleaning lady. La Nina is a biotch and she's going out with a bang! Warmer and drier is fine but 100 in March is not "warm" El Nino is brewing out there in the pacific, so you guys are on the tail end of her shenanigans.

We had our first day above zero yesterday for the first day. Day before we got a couple inches of snow. I’m so done with winter….

We are cooking here too Margi, was 90 yesterday and we are pretty close to the coast. And just an oppressive, baking heat. My spring flowers are NOT happy and the dogs are all lying on the cool floor. I hope this doesn't portend a brutal summer.....
