So theoretical question. If you don't have issues now, why would it be a advisable to switch to a more toxic, stronger pesticide? All that does is increase your reaction risk, and help evolve the resistant fleas many of us already see. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
To answer your question, yes, I have used it, and yes, I had a dog react. That was before I figured out that my dogs lack of fleas had nothing to do with the pesticides, and more to do with location.
