Where in Ohio are you located? When I lived there, in Cincinnati, I went to a marvelous doctor in College Hill, Dr. Joseph Smith. He is that rare breed of vet who combines so many positive variables to ensure that his patients are cared for, and that their parents are in the loop with that care.
He reads up on all breeds, and gives the best breed specific care for shelties.
