YES! Especially infuriating when commercials are on TV saying how much DTE cares about its customers! Hogwash!
Like my brother said, STOP spending money on commercials and fix the infrastructure. The reason the power went out this time was due to EQUIPMENT FAILURE!

On a positive note... my generator guy came to change the oil and taught me what to do when the oil gets low!

Really good update Gloria. Of course Liam still feels wrung out poor guy. He was probably totally stressed out while at the vet without you there. Glad he's taking a bit of food and his meds. Just tincture of time, now.

Good thing you got a tutorial on the generator as well!
