LOST/ May be injured sheltie in Chester Springs, PA - FOUND SAFE!!!

apparently a woman had him in her fence and was feeding him and playing with him. They tried to contact the person via rabies tag but since it was a sunday, no luck. BUT a guy who did lawn care had the flyer and notified the owners. Unfortunately, the dog got out of then fence, but was hiding in bushes. They managed to call him and he came to them :yes:
