Mark's gone...

Oh Megan, I love the pictures! I see Mark in so many of your dogs (and mine!) I'm so glad you had an opportunity to remember the good times with him. That, more than anything else, will help you heal--along with puppy licks from those Rabbit Run Shelties around you. Mark will always be with you in them.

HUGS!!

Megan I love the pictures of you and Mark. It shows his sweet expression he had and passed on to his kids. Although he is not with you anymore there are glimses of him that he passed on to his kids. Hugs to you all!
Linda

Megan!

I'm so sorry for your loss. I did not realize that you had Mark with you.

Mark has left a legacy behind him and has done much to enrich the breed. As someone said below, he has left his "mark" on future generations of this fantastic breed.

Mark is Bacca's great-grandpa! I know it doesn't mean anything to him, but for me, I'm truly feeling his loss! He was a fantastic dog!

My heart goes out to you! Hugs!

Wow,I am in awe of this dog,he sure has made a legacy of his life, in many generations of puppies.
We are so sorry to hear the news, even though I did not know him, I can tell from everyone here that he was loved & adored by many. Our condolances~

RIP Mark

Megan, Your Mark was my Kias Grand-Father her dad is Ch. Halstor Cindahope Trueheart. her Mom isFair Isle's Run for the Roses. My sincere sympathy goes out to you and your family and all who loved Mark. As Chris has said Mark is spending Christmas with the Angels. My Prayers are with all who were fortunate enough to know and love Mark. May Our Good Lord Bless and comfort you all during this very difficult time.

Thank you all again. I'm so glad you enjoyed the pictures.

Phebe, Mark's last litter was born three years ago. There are two pups from that litter who are working towards their American titles.

Elaine, Trueheart (aka Teddy) was one of my very first "client dogs"! Mrs. Hildreth sent him to us to play around with when he was a puppy. I showed him when he was a youngster and still learning the ropes. He was (and remains!) a wiggly, playful, happy handful.

Oh nice! Wouldn't it be neat if he eventually got his ROM title even after he passed?

I am so sorry for your loss. He sounds like a wonderful dog. Your tribute brought tears to my eyes.

Knock out looking sheltie. I am so sorry you lost him, but what a delight to have him in your life.

My sympathy goes out to you and your family.
