Most memorable and most embarrassing moment

I'm the same, I've started making falling over a habit:lol:

I thought it was because I was running Cadbury, but I do it with Merlin too so I guess it's just me:o

I have only just started agility but in three trials have so far managed to step on Watson, forget the last obstacle in the course where I then had to stand there until I got yelled at where to go, and have slipped and fallen.

What was worse was when I thought that he had managed to get out of his crate and run off while I was sitting next to it. What had happened was I had tied him up while I went to the bathroom and had ended up chatting and walked back to my chair without him. I was so relieved yet felt like I could die when I and another were frantically looking for him to find him happily tied up waiting for me. :o

Aw PrimeDogs, it happens. I imagine we have all accidentally left our dogs somewhere at some point. My nan once took the neighbours' dog for a walk and forgot the dog! Another friend left her basset outside the bakery (though she did remember to take the baby home, fortunately!)

On my first agility comp I changed Merlin's usual collar to a collar with no tags (tags are a DQ). I obviously didn't do the new collar tight enough because as we walked to the ring my friend said "You do know you are not attached to your dog?" I looked down and Merlin was trotting at my side while his collar and lead were dragging behind both of us.:rolleyes2:

Most memorable and embarassing moments

Mine would have to be passing out in the ring just before going over the finsih line and also twic I have done this sign up for a trial and both times showed up on the wrong day.Best memorable would be winning the ISC classes three times.

That's another good one I had forgotten about Sharon :) Athena won the ISC class at the march cluster in 2012. Also Kai was third in 2012 at the big cleveland show in ISC in the 18" class and she is normally a 12" dog. However because she measures 14" she has to run against what are normally 16" jump height dogs. She'd have won actually had she not taken a bar both runs. Can't be upset with that when she was asked to jump 6" higher than her normal jump height

 At least he stayed with you. Honey would be off chasing people. She slips hers often, but never at an Agility comp.

Mine was with Diva, I was running her outside. We made it though this really tricky Jumpers course and the last bit was a slight curve of 4 jumps almost all the way across the field. I got around the first jump and the ground was sloping slight down and I felt myself losing my balance I just continued running forward yelling go on, go on as I stumbled and fell flat on my face. I mean I face planted but just as I hit the ground I saw Diva racing ahead and cross the finish line

As soon she crossed the finish line she circled back to me and stood over me barking. It was like she was chewing me out and asking if I was dead all at the same time. As soon as I lifted me face she came in and gave me a lizard kiss on the cheek. The crowd was greatly amused.:smile2:
