my very shy Sheltie.

I do have some canned pumpkin. when Belle was on antibiotics after she had the pellet removed from her ear, I gave her some pumpkin to keep things moving. she really liked it and it stopped the constipation. I wondered about giving it to her when she is normal as she is now.. would it make things too soft?
 
I give Liam and Emma a teaspoon twice a day with their kibble. I have seen no change in their movements. With the squash and sweet potato, I just cook them up and put them in the fridge.
 
thanks for your reply Emmasmom, that is something else for me to try as I know that Belle really likes pumpkin. perhaps I can put that in her evening meal and the chicken in the morning.. I bought some sweet potato for us yesterday, but will save some of that for her also..
 
Belle loves yogurt.. must admit though, that I give her a spooonful of the fruited kind I eat sometimes.. I think I will buy some plain and mix it in with the pumpkin in the evening meal.
