New puppy in need of a name!

Oh my god how cute is he! How old?? Congrats a thousand times over!

Is there a kennel or breeding line name to bounce off? Or I always look to a favorite character in a book or movie if the personality fits. Mackie was actually McQueen because of Steve Mcqueen in the Great Escape. Callahan was for Dirty Harry--the breeder had named him Clint. LOL I just couldn't!

Don't have any name suggestions; aside from Oreo who was named that because, well, he looks like an Oreo, all of our dogs have had classical names -- Oberon was the king of fairies in Midsummer's Night's Dream, our previous dog (a Samoyed) was Mercutio who was Romeo's best friend.

He is absolutely adorable! I have no doubt whatever name he ends up with will be perfect for him :)

Absolutely, adoringly cute! He has such a soft face. Not that mischievous gleam that some pups have. Not to say he will never set a paw wrong though! Big congratulations, sounds like he is settling in well. Already upside down sleeping, so sweet. So very happy for you.

I don't know if you want any name suggestions, but I thought of a few "soft" sounding names that might go with his demeanor.

Theo
Owen
Barley
Farley
Rory
Remy

I'm sure you'll land on something that fits. :)

he's a howler and a talker (not a peep from him at the breeder's for 3 hours)...Gavin was a whiner. different octave.
So 'soft' names might be premature.
he's got some spunk!
Loki comes to mind...but that could be asking for trouble :)

harley?
logan is still in the running
