New to site 3rd Sheltie in our life

They are each unique in what they bring to your home.

Bailey was my husband's first experience with owning a dog. I grew up with dogs. We could not have asked for a more wonderful first experience. Bailey has been a really special gift.

Katy has brought different gifts, but she is equally special. She has taught us so much in the short time she has been with us and made us appreciate how easy we had it in getting Bailey settled.

I would not trade either experience.

Welcome!!! I too am new to the forum. I felt the same when we lost our sweet girl Klee, and it took me quite a while before I could even think about another furry face without crying. Brandy has brought the same kind of joy that Buddy brought back to your lives. As another noted, they all bring different things to your life, but each is soooo special! :smile2:

Your words are very kind and I am glad you were able to get some solace from this site. I am also glad you were able to open your home and heart for another and I am sure, very different Sheltie
