Nicknames?

Koko's nicknames evolved in about this order: Kokopup, KokoPuff, Koko le Puff (hubby wanted to know how a Sheltie became French), Puffball. Also Daddy Dog, since he's Fillion's dad, or The Big Guy.

Fillion: Baby Boy, Goober, The Baby. Most neighbors call him Filly but I dont personally like that one.

Toby (non-Sheltie) is aka "Toby or Not Toby", "Toby wan canoby", "Tobiason"

My Trace had too many to mention and I would start crying if I started typing them...

Baker has started with a couple: stinkbug, stinkweed, bakerroni...and my favorite: hubby calls him a little fart, so he is now my "Fartlett" :)

We've added a new one for Clarabelle. She is now Princess Picky Pants. Her highness has decided that she will only eat if every kibble is coated in yogurt. This rule only applies to food when DH feeds her. For me, she will eat straight kibble- in her crate, only. If you feed her in the living room, apparently this means you are trying to poison her and she will sniff and walk away from it until someone else tries to eat it. Then she will eat a bite or two.

And all three of the Belles are also occasionally referred to as Miss Priss.

We already call Cooper Super Cooper, Super Duper Cooper and Super Duper Cooper the Puppy pooper.

Kids...

Cleo has become "my Cleo baby" "baby girl" and Cleo babeo... the last one is what my kids came up with lol. Have no idea where they got it from, but they call her that all the time.

Some dogs just seem to collect more nicknames than others!

ALLY - Ally-Wahly, Spunky Monkey, Pipsqueak, then the variations on that - Pippi le Squeak, The Squeak, Skippy (she skips when she runs), Tippy (tips over for tummy rubs) Chippy (a small chip on a canine tooth)

BROOKE - Brookie, Brookie Mae (all our girls always have middle name Mae), Brookie-Woo, Brooketini (her breeder's nickname), Pacer (she paces more than trots) Brookie Long Toe (she has the longest toes EVER!!)

FAITH - Faithy, the Tornado, Lick Monster

I'd never stop saying Toby Wan Canobi.

Missy is already kind of a nickname or term of endearment. But in flyball and agility I almost exclusively call her Miss because it's one syllable. It probably sounds like I'm always telling her to miss the ball or jump! There's also Missy Girl, Goofy, Silly girl, pretty girl, and Puppy. There's probably more, I just can't think of them now.

Our agility instructor has come up with some interesting ones. Barky-face, border-sheltie (because she kinda looks like a border collie and acts like one too), pup pup. Barky-face is my favorite, although I never call her that.
Spitfire gets his name with an 'h' in it by the flyball team. They only see him in full evil mode :o

Chelsea got called 'Chelsea Buns' one day and it stuck, later shortened to 'Buns'.

April's was 'Minnie' - she was a tiny girl, and a bit of a moocher, so 'Minnie the Moocher' came to mind after watching the 'Blues Brothers' and it seemed to fit.

Honey Dew (official)-Honey - Honey Bunny - bunny - buns - bunny rabbit - princess fluffybutt - stinky (the cuter she is, the stinkier, she is) - sweetie - sweets - luv - most frequent though is snuggle bunny

For the short time we were trying to adopt priscilla, I ended up calling her little skunk, she was mostly black and white.
