What a cutie! You should probably have a stool sample sent off for analysis. It's pretty common for puppies to have a parasite seeing as they pick up everything and eat it (we don't need to get into the disgusting details ). Especially if he's not from an experienced breeder.

You could also try a little plain yogurt (with active cultures) in his food to help keep his digestive system properly balanced. Our boys both had coccidia when we got them.
