Omg more puppies!!

I'm glad you could get them and that now they will have great homes. I just don't get why people keep intact male and female dogs together when they have no intention of breeding. It just seems like hassle to me when every season you are having to keep the dogs apart.

Why not just go for an easy life and have one neutered or stick with all males or all females?

It is a PITA. When one of my girls went into season, when I wasn't home, Justice was upstairs in his kennel, the girl downstairs in her kennel, 2 doors and a babygate in between if some got out accidentially. That why when we decided Ember wasn't going to be bred 2 days later she was spayed and why I send Diva away to her co owner during her season. Frankly if I wasn't showing in breed or going to bred them I wouldn't keep an intact female. They are a pain to show in performance and planning around heat cycles. I don't mind intact males. I have a fence and a leash and know how to use both of them.:smile2:

Exactly my point. Its a hassle, but if you are going to breed worth it. But if they are just pets why make life complicated.

By the way, what is PITA?:o
