Our dear Katie

Thank you so much

Thank you so much for the heart felt sympathy post. I am having a hard time dealing with the loss of my Katie- one of her vets told me she feels it is harder when they have had an illness and you spend so much time with them and caring for them. I know I will never replace her in my heart but I will get another one. Maggie my other one is 12 and she seem's miffed she looked and looked for her the first week and this week seems a little quiet and she was the noisy one!
I am so glad you got to see her on You Tube and we do have video's of her so I do still get to "see" her so that does help some.

I know exactly how you feel. It's very difficult to get over losing them. Give yourself plenty of time to grieve and know that Maggie is grieving also. Plenty of hugs for both of you. It will help both of you get through this together. It's not easy letting go regarless of what was wrong with them. They give unconditional Love and that's hard to let go of. Please know you are in my prayers and I hope you and Maggie find it a little easier with each other and memories. Those can never get taken away. :sadsmile:
