Home Depot Sells them apparently. I think you can order it through them online or if you enter your postal code it will tell you whether the nearest locations to you have them in stock.

Yes both Rona and Home Depot sell them. But the weird thing....I went to two Home Depots and 1 Rona on Sunday. All 3 stores, the computers were showing as having between 2 -8 in stock, but none were on the shelves! Are these things walking away?????
You can't buy them online at Home Depot. Instore only, for some reason.
I'm going to try again tomorrow.

Went back today and they still have not shown up. Bizarre that all three stores have the same problem!
I might try Amazon.com but I really did not want to pay the shipping.

Thanks! That's where I bought Sadie's life jacket and a dog drier back in August. They had free shipping then too. I'll have to see if there's anything else I want to buy.

I've ordered a good bit of tools from there.I'm not sure if they have it,but I've always had great luck,as the selection in the stores,and thier catalog is quite large.

Yey! Home Depot finally had one in stock which I picked up today.
I've just finished charging it up and its ready to go. Now just a question of whether to go with the larger drum or the smaller drum and what grain to use.
Even the lowest speed seems to go plenty fast. I think I might try it out on my own toe nails before I attempt the dogs.
It does have kind of a high pitched, whiny sound. So even though my pups are used to the Peticure, I may have to acclimatize them to this new device before I go to work.

OMG! Dremel Stylus 1100 is amazing!
Forget Petipaws and Pedicure....get this product if you are shy of clipping nails.
The control is amazing. I just did my boys nails with no fuss no muss in 1/2 the time I used to take with the Pedicure and with a much better result. It's about $10 more than the Pedicure Pro but is cordless and maintains its charge. Both boys done in 20 minutes, including trimming their fur first.
This tool is ergonomically designed to be held in a variety of different ways and still maintain control. For the first time, I actually drilled my boys nails down to where I wanted them to be. And that was on the lowest setting! Maintenance should be a snap!
The Pedicure just did not seem to have the power or the control. Worries about catching hair....none...that's a hype of the Pedicure. Trim your pups fur around the nails first than go at it.

If I am following this there is one thing to consider. I asked the breeder about this and she said she clipped hers but had heard of a dremmel catching the dogs hair where a dedicated dog nail trimmer is likely covered.

Indy has always been ok getting his nails clipped. Bacca always hated it even though I tried to get him used to it from the day I brought him home.
The key to a dremmel is to trim the fur around the paws before you grind. However even if you find a long bit of fur that you missed, its still pretty easy to separate it and not catch.
The beauty is being able to get close the quick without actually making it |bleed. With the dremmel you can start working the quick back.
I had a Pedicure and now the dremmel and decided the pedicure is marketing hype. I found it harder to trim by trying to stick their nails into a little hole with the Pedicure and was far more tentative and not getting results.
This baby is also quieter than the Pedicure.
