Pico's Neuter

So his incision is mostly healed up....scabs have fallen off a lot to show his scar.
only a few spots that need more time to heal.
like that really nasty stitch I mentioned earlier!

we went on 2 walks today, maybe 30 minutes each.
Pico was good on the first one, and a terror on the second.
he never pulled like that before, I hope its just excitement for starting to walk again.
 
still waiting on that nasty stitch under his penis to heal.
the stitch itself is pretty prominent, and the one at the other end of the incision is still there but less prominent.
everything else is good, but we will keep on with the pants and suit for a while. He doesn't mind them at all (and looks so cute!).
I tie the pants to his suit to keep them from falling down, cause that does get in the way.
Maybe transition to just the suit next week.....until his tummy incision is all healed up
 
So Pico is all healed up....
But he has a small seroma now on his groin incision :(
Popped up today. It is smaller than a pencil eraser in circumference. Wouldn't normally notice it except for the twice daily post neuter privates check.
it is basically a bloodblister and often arises from dissolvable stitches not being absorbed into the body easily.
They go away on their own in a few days to weeks.

So I get to look at his privates a while longer to monitor it.
And he gets to wear the little recovery suit as well so he doesn't bother it.
