Sharon, my heart is breaking for you. I can't even imagine how much you and your family are hurting.

Thank you for giving Asta a wonderful life. She was so lucky to have you and your husband, just as you were so lucky to have her.
 
I'm so sorry. Sadly, I know how hard it is to lose your pet unexpectedly, so I understand your pain. :( Take some time for yourself to heal. Long walks with my surviving dog really helped me.

May you find comfort in your selfless decision to let Asta go and not suffer for long. Sending you, your family and your dogs hugs. :hugs

So so sorry to hear about Asta. I know how hard it is to lose a pet so suddenly, and one who has been with you for so many years. My heart goes out to you.
