Prayers for Beau please…

Got a good shot and f Beau’s belly today. Really pleased since the heavy bruising is resolving and the incision is looking clean.

He was sassy today! Got quite a few more barks out of him. He even trotted a little when I let him out to potty today.

I have been allowing him out of his pen so he can walk around a bit. He goes into the bathroom to lay down on the tile floor where the A/C vent is. So far no one is bothering him!

The vet still wants him on the gallbladder meds for 4-6 months!

That is great news! You know know our babies are feeling better when the start barking again. I bet the cold floor feels good on his belly.

Incision looks great! He is healing up quite quickly. Really so glad to hear these upbeat progress reports. What a load off your mind.

Really wanted to have this thread help others who might have to face the same surgery.
I was a total basket case and all the help and support from you guys means the world to me and Beau!

I finally feel we are on the downward slide... Not worrying as much and seeing daily progress in his attitude, appetite, and mood.

Yep it's so nice to be on the downside of the whole ordeal now. Beau is a little champ.

I’m so happy Beau has had no problems…another week and he’ll have no restrictions! Keep up the great work!

I think he's done a wonderful job and been a great patient overall. I am asking vet about gall bladder check on the 29th for Fil's senior check.
